AAT 1513 IDD Service

  • What is 1513 IDD service?

     A premium International Direct Dialing service that allows you to make overseas calls from Singapore using a registered office line , fax line or mobile line.

  • What are the advantages of using 1513 IDD service?

  • How do I register for the service?
    You can register by downloading the application form from our website.
  • How do I use AAT's 1513 service?
    Users simply need to manually dial 1513 + country code + number to call using AAT's premium IDD service.
  • I subscribed to StarHub mobile service. For the 1513 service, I dial 1513 + Country Code + Destination Number and it does not work.

    StarHub subscribers must dial 1800 2255 228, wait for a voice prompt "Enter Destination Number" and then key in the Country Code and Destination Number. This procedure is for manual dialing. By using the AAT 1513 App, this process is fully automated i.e. the user need not have to dial 1800 2255 228 anymore.

  • Are there any hidden costs?
    No, AAT's 1513 service is purely pay as you use. There are no monthly recurring fees, set up costs or minimum usage requirements. You will only ever pay for the calls you make.

BuzzLah

  • What is BuzzLah?

    BuzzLah allows users to call their global contacts using AAT's in house telecoms network. All the app needs is an internet connection (3G, 4G or Wifi).

  • Which phone models are compatible with BuzzLah?
    BuzzLah is compatible with all IOS and Android devices.
  • How much data will it be used if I am using BuzzLah?
    An average call with good connectivity will use 700Kb per minute.
  • How does it benefit to me using BuzzLah?

    BuzzLah allows user to enjoy AAT's premium IDD service worldwide from their mobile device. BuzzLah's user friendly design allows customers to dial contacts manually or directly from their contact list. BuzzLah users will enjoy AAT's affordable IDD pricing, allowing them to call Singapore from anywhere in the world at the local rate.

  • Do I have to pay for the sign up, registration etc?
    No. There is no sign up or registration cost whatsoever.
  • The receiver will be receiving the call of my phone number regardless where I am calling from?
    Users of the app will keep their native phone number no matter where they call from.
